This Privacy Policy explains how FREE HUMANITY LIMITED, trading as Dream Inc., and the brands and services we operate — including HelpBnk, DreamBrew and Simon Squibb (together, “we”, “our” or “us”) — collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information.
It applies whenever you interact with our websites, forms, communities, products, services, events, newsletters, social channels or other platforms we operate.
FREE HUMANITY LIMITED is the data controller responsible for your personal information.
We operate a group of brands focused on helping individuals build businesses, improve their lives and pursue their ambitions. The brands and services covered by this policy are: HelpBnk, DreamBrew and Simon Squibb. Where we launch a new brand or service in future, we will update this policy to name it, and we will not send you marketing from a new brand without a lawful basis to do so.
Data protection contact: privacy@simonsquibb.com. We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. For any data protection query, contact us at that address.
We do not buy contact lists or collect your details through cold outreach. We only hold personal data that you give us directly, or that is generated automatically when you use our sites and content as described above.
We only use your personal data where the law allows. The lawful basis we rely on depends on the purpose:
| Purpose | Lawful basis (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Sending marketing emails, content and updates you have signed up for | Consent |
| Sending marketing to existing customers about our own similar products/services | Consent or “soft opt-in” under PECR, with an opt-out in every message |
| Improving our marketing, products and user experience | Legitimate interests |
| Segmenting audiences to send more relevant content | Legitimate interests (you can object at any time) |
| Responding to your enquiries and providing customer support | Legitimate interests / performance of a contract |
| Complying with legal and regulatory obligations | Legal obligation |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, our interest is in operating, promoting and improving our brands and communications, and we have assessed that this does not override your rights. You can ask us for more detail on this assessment, and you can object at any time (see Section 8).
When you opt in, you are agreeing to receive marketing communications from the specific brands named at the point you signed up — which may include HelpBnk, DreamBrew and Simon Squibb.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:
Each processor is bound by a written contract that requires them to keep your data secure and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
Many of our service providers (including those named in Section 5) are based in the United States or process data there, so your personal data is transferred outside the UK. We also operate internationally — for example, our Starter Kit programme runs in the UAE, the United States, Canada and Australia — so some personal data and payment information is handled across those jurisdictions.
Where we transfer your data internationally, we rely on an appropriate safeguard, such as:
You can request details of the safeguards we use by contacting us at privacy@simonsquibb.com.
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:
You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 8).
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@simonsquibb.com. We will respond within one month. This period may be extended by up to two further months for complex requests, and we will tell you if so.
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first at privacy@simonsquibb.com so we can try to resolve it. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay.
If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator:

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. These include access controls and restricted staff access, encryption in transit (HTTPS), and using reputable, contracted service providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to meet our legal obligations.
We use cookies and similar technologies on our websites. Cookies fall into categories:
We will only set non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing, functional) with your consent, which we collect via our cookie banner when you first visit. You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in our site footer. The cookie banner shows the specific cookies in use and lets you accept or reject each category.
We use limited profiling to segment our audiences and send more relevant content. This does not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would significantly affect you. You can object to profiling for direct marketing at any time.
Children are not our main audience, and our online services and marketing are aimed at adults. However, some of our content and products may be of interest to, or used by, people under 18 — for example, we publish a children’s book. We take account of children’s need for higher protection, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without appropriate safeguards (such as parental involvement).
Where a product or service is specifically aimed at or likely to be accessed by children, we provide a separate, child-appropriate privacy notice for it. If you believe a child has given us personal data, please contact us at privacy@simonsquibb.com and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and we will note the “Last updated” date above. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
