Careers at Simon Squibb.

We don’t hire often. When we do, we look for people who care deeply about helping others build their dreams.

Our Values

1. Give Without Take

This is the heart of everything.

We don’t help people because they helped us.

We help because we can.

No catch. No trade. No keeping score.

If someone needs help and we can give it, we give it.

That’s the culture. That’s the standard.

2. The Dreamer Comes First

We don’t work for algorithms.

We work for people.

People with no plan. No money. No network.

People who just need a little belief.

They’re why we exist.

If we ever forget that, we’re done.

3. Reach Means Nothing Without Respect

Going viral doesn’t matter if someone gets hurt.

It doesn’t matter if we got 10 million views

if we crossed a line to get there.

If we wouldn’t post it about someone we love,

we don’t post it. End of.

4. Gut Check Everything

Before you put something out to the world, ask yourself:
•  Are we helping someone or using them?
•  Would they feel proud seeing this?
•  Is there a cleaner, kinder way to tell the same story?

If you feel even a tiny bit uneasy, say something.

Better to pause than to post and regret it.

5. Respect the Dreamer

If someone wants their video taken down, we take it down.

We don’t argue. We don’t push back. We just do it.

It doesn’t matter if the video’s already doing numbers.

People come first. Always.

6. Don’t Punch Down

The people working for the enemy aren't the enemy.

They’re surviving. They’re just trying to get by.

We don’t film people to shame them.

We fight the systems, not the symptoms.

If we’re not lifting someone up, we’re doing it wrong.

7. Own the Mistakes

We’re gonna mess up. That’s fine.

What matters is what we do after.

Take it down. Talk about it. Learn. Move on.

We’re not perfect. But we’re honest.

8. Stay True to the Mission

We only work with or sell to partners who help us help more dreamers.

If someone ever wants to buy one of our companies…

there’s only one reason to say yes:

because they’ll help more people than we ever could.

Not because of the money.

Not because they’re big.

Only because they believe what we believe.

If they don’t, say no. Simple.

9. This Lives Beyond Us

This doesn’t die when Simon stops making videos.

This doesn’t end if I’m not in the room.

This mission is bigger than any one person.

It’s a promise. And we keep it.

When roles are open, we share them on our careers platform.
