Guy Parsonage is Chief Growth Officer at HelpBnk and Dream Group, driving global expansion, digital innovation and community scaling across international markets. An 8th-generation entrepreneur, his message to every organisation is simple: grow or die, the choice is yours.
Before HelpBnk, Guy was a Partner and Chief Experience Officer at PwC Asia & Middle East, leading Experience Consulting in China and Dubai and the regional Metaverse practice. He was previously CEO of fluid, which he led through its trade sale to PwC, and SVP, Managing Director at Jack Morton, running regional growth and experiential programmes for global brands.
Based in Dubai, Guy is an international keynote speaker and media commentator across conference stages, TV, podcasts and business publications. He speaks on how to 10x a business by creating order out of chaos, intrapreneurship as a superpower any organisation can attain, and how to grow and exit a business while retaining its soul. Recent stages include GITEX 2024, LEAP 2023, Dubai Metaverse Assembly 2023 and Ideas Fest 2026.
