About Jonny
Jonny Davies is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Dream, a family of companies on a mission to help anyone start a business. An entrepreneur and investor, he is building for the 99%: making starting a business a realistic way of life for ordinary people.
Jonny builds and backs the infrastructure that makes entrepreneurship accessible, from HelpBnk's community and education to DreamMedia's storytelling and DreamVentures' investment in the entrepreneurial economy.
His career took him from a first-class law degree into football representation, then esports and the creator economy. Working with creators including Ali Abdaal and Simon Squibb shaped his understanding of how an audience can help a business grow.
Jonny speaks on the coming wave of micro-entrepreneurship, how AI and accessible tools let one person do the work of a team, and how to turn attention into lasting revenue. Recent stages include Pints of Knowledge in London and Ideas Fest, and he speaks at TEDxTUDarmstadt on 20 November 2026.
